Tri-County Dog Training Academy

We are sad to say we’ve been notified that the armory will not be available to us for the remainder of the year and into January, thus, we will not be able to finish out the remaining fall classes. The TCDTA Board of Directors met Tuesday, the 18th, to discuss the situation, and the instructors will be contacting their students with further information resulting from the meeting. We will have a winter session, but the start date may need to be pushed back, depending upon the status of the armory painting project. We will post the dates when we have them. Enrollment will be accepted for those classes knowing that that start date is to be determined. If you have any questions, please do not contact the armory directly. Rather email us through our contact page at or call us at 906-792-5989.

To the current TCDTA students: we would like to thank you for your understanding and participation this session; we hope you will choose to continue your training with us in the future.

We wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving, a Merry Christmas and blessed 2015!

Our philosophy is to train using the positive approach. All the trainers and training assistants are volunteers. The training fees are used for renting space, supplies, equipment, and other club expenses. We are a non-profit organization.
We offer 4 levels of training: Puppy, Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced, with a Canine Good Citizenship Test option periodically.  Some class pre-requisites apply.
Classes are held on Tuesdays between the hours of 6pm and 9pm at the Marinette Armory.  A spring, fall and winter session are available. See the Schedule page for more details.
